K & K Systems, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy and makes all possible efforts to provide appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information (hereafter known as "Personal Data") that you share with us.
Personal Data refers to any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a physical address, an email address and other contact information.
If you choose to provide us with your Personal Data, we may transfer that data within K & K Systems, Inc. third-party service providers to fulfill the service(s) requested.
The Personal Data you freely provide to us will be handled for the following purpose:
a) to allow K & K Systems, Inc. to provide the notification service(s) regarding user and device activity on K&K’s CrossTalk Cloud.
The Personal Data for the above-mentioned purposes will be transmitted by ordinary mail, e-mail or telephone (via calls, SMS, MMS, etc.).
Your Personal Data, gathered by this registration, can be handled by employees assigned to the Data Handling Procedure, including outside collaborators assigned to the management of the service(s) requested and by the manager(s) of the data handling or necessary third party companies to which this data has been communicated.
The provision of your Personal Data is always optional and never mandatory. However, if any data fields marked as “mandatory” are not given, the Service that you are requesting of K &K Systems, Inc. may not be able to be provided.
Your Personal Data that you freely provide may be disclosed to third parties in order to allow K & K Systems, Inc. to provide the service(s) freely chosen by you and to comply with applicable laws, with orders from public authorities or to exercise a right in front of the Court. The System Administrator is the holder of the Personal Data handling for the Service. Your mobile contact information will never be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
It is your right to access your Personal Data, obtain updates or deletions without delay. You have the right to oppose the handling of your data for commercial or advertising purposes and can request the complete updated list of all the Managers of the Data Handling Procedure by writing to K & K Systems, Inc at
